Our primary goal at Tokyo Well-Being is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals/couples are able to express their feelings, better understand their behaviors and thought patterns, and create a plan for moving forward. We accomplish this by drawing upon an approach that is aligned with an individual's experience of 'being' in the world. This may include any one or a combination of the following modalities: Humanistic/Emotion Focused, Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, and/or Expressive Art Therapies. We cannot promise that a person's behavior or circumstances will change. We can, however, promise to support clients throughout the therapeutic process.
